Thank goodness I don't buy them, but I just noticed that these sausages are made with CORN SYRUP SOLIDS! No product should be allowed to include that crap. It's like Little Debbie and her Snacks of Death. Another "win" by big American conglomerates: Hillshire Farms and Hormel
American consumers must be aware that conglomerates are constantly seeking new ways to use their "food products". Driven by a psychotic greed for profits, they will lure/recruit any business to involve their (often unhealthy) products. That's why corn syrup is found in nearly every mass-produced food in America: from candy to cereal. Made by Big Businesses, bleached/refined sugar and salt are also put into a majority of foods... despite not being needed. Corporate-owned hotel chains and restaurant chains make deals to use those products. Airlines use them in their menus. School lunch programs unhealthily use them. Instead of funding public projects, government "subsidies" go to them. Yet, they don't belong in your diet. Buyer beware.
