Suggestion Box That Shows People's Priorities

A magnificent French company created a corporate headquarters in New York City.  It invited feedback from all strata of those employees.  Many questions and ideas arose from the people working "in the field":
-What is the new strategy of "brick versus click" commerce?
-What is the upcoming branding vision from Corporate?
-What new Corporate Human Resource tools are coming?
-How can we expand our ethnic demographic?
-How can we strengthen employee retention?
-How is the new ad campaign aligned with our company focus?
-Create more transparency from Corporate.
-We want feedback from Corporate, so ideas don't die.
-Create a unified global experience for clients.
-What is the best indication of human energy in the workplace?
-Shorten the reaction time to digital trends.
-Allow the team to share their insight directly to Corporate.
-How are we growing the next generation of clients?

What did the folks at the Corporate Headquarters ask?  Here's a show of their priorities within their "Ivory tower":
-Offices in Europe get an entire month off in summer.  Can we have more time off, too?
-Can we have shorter hours for "summer Fridays" like other companies do?
-Is there an Human Resources strategy to cater to the incentives of millennials?
-Can we have a casual dress code for the office, like other places have?
-We need more whole milk in the kitchen refrigerators.

It's no wonder that the new global CEO admitted that there have been too many errors from NYC Corporate, which he thinks has behaved too lax, too slow, and too insular from the rest of the network.
