Specific List Of Nasty Things That Shouldn't Be In Your Skincare

Pursuant to my January blog entry about contaminated products that are permitted in America's marketplace...

(you can read it here):

https://halfwindsorfullthrottle.blogspot.com/2018/12/your-health-well-being-are-unimportant.html

...I want to warn you of ingredients to avoid.

Looking at the list below, you can deduce which industries fully infiltrate America: Chemicals, Petroleum, and Salt (Sodium).  It is a fact that alcohol and salt are bad for your skin and hair.  Yet, America's greedy/cheap industries for beauty, skincare, and cosmetics rely mostly on them.  On their ingredient labels, those harmful things are disguised with various chemical names.  Furthermore, many of their other ingredients are foul because they are byproducts of petroleum (which the cosmetics industry grew from).  In more civilized nations, most of these ingredients are banned.  Avoid them.

Why are SO MANY harmful things permitted by our tax-paid government to exist in skincare products?!

But, don't fret: Lewis and I found a brand named Public Goods, and it faithfully produces wholesome products--easily made with healthy ingredients.  The prices are fair, too.  For more than a year, we used their lotion and eye cream, and I used their shampoo and conditioner.  Marvelous results.  Their products are fragrance free, paraben free, gluten free, cruelty free (not tested on animals), and free of sulfates.  Their lotion includes palm oil, coconut oil, carbomer (thickener), natural scent from citrus, eucalyptus, lavender, cedar leaf, birch, and a natural preservative from the benzoin tree.

Making a luxurious lather, the shampoo is made with coconut, olive oil, palm kernel, natural scent from orange, geranium, nutmeg, rosewood, celery seed, grapefruit and vetiver, citric acid, and a natural preservative from the benzoin tree.  The conditioner is similar.  Lewis and my hair stylist (of 9 years) attest to the facts that my hair and scalp improved greatly, and any dandruff that began at certain times of the year disappeared.

Make the effort to avoid thousands of tricksters and conniving scams (which the American marketplace has been full of for 160 years), and discover healthy products for your body.  Treat yourself right.  Don't overpay for "luxury cosmetics" that merely harm you.  Read and research every ingredient.  You'll be grateful... and full of well-being.
