Clocks in Prague

Czechia is blessed with a punctual society.  So, you won't be surprised to see that its capital has a plethora of public clocks.  Their installations range from the 1400s through the Soviet regime and into the modern era.  The city sustains a department that handles timekeeping (many of the clocks are controlled remotely from a headquarters) and urban lighting.  As new Praguers, Louis and I praise our politicians for providing those civic conveniences.  They are helpful... and some of the clocktowers beautify the neighborhoods when their bells (or carillons) chime!  Please enjoy these photos.
