I overheard the salesgirl try to push merchandise upon a customer "because it's the one Ms. Kardashian wears". The foreign man didn't recognize that name and wanted to know why that mattered. (Good point)! I giggled because the salesgirl couldn't describe Kardashian beyond, "Well... um, she's famous." The smart shopper replied, "No thanks, I don't buy things merely for such a reason."
