Fascinating Gay Guys from History

Growing up with an American education, I had to do my own research for notable gay men... beyond Liberace and Harvey Milk.  If you have time, google/wiki these fascinating people:

Jacopo Saltarelli
Lord Arthur Somerset
Tommaso dei Cavalieri
John Addington Symonds
Arturo López Willshaw
Alex von Rosenberg, Baron de Rédé
Jacques Fath
Fulco di Verdura
Grand Duke Dmitri Pavlovich
Duke Ling of Wei
Roman Emperor Hadrian
Piers Gaveston
Friedrich Georg Wilhelm Christoph
Sir Henry "Chips" Channon
Leif and Paal Roschberg (Rocky Twins)

And consider...
The inventor of the piano, Bartolomeo Cristofori, worked for ultra-rich patron of music Prince Ferdinando de Medici (who had lots of gay play).  The prince openly admired the "revelry" of his uncle, Duke Francesco Maria de Medici, who was the product of reconciliation from HIS mother catching his father in bed with one of his pages!
