Fire Escapes - Small Personal Spaces
Most of these images are probably not legal by local civic codes, but they do inspire!
Fire escapes are used by some owners for socializing...
like a balcony.
Chelsea boys use it as a vantage point for "cruising".
Others make it into a garden.
Some folks really transform them for entertaining or Zen!
