Wouldn't it be great if public buildings--and apartment buildings--had online "reviews"? If there was a "Glassdoor" or "Yelp" for buildings, we'd know how the owners treat employees, if contractors are paid on time, if the landlord does cheap/inferior repair work, and if Building Inspectors give violations. We'd know tenants' complaints and praises. We'd know if a building has repeated plumbing issues or fire hazards or unresolved repairs. We'd know if illegal activity was ever discovered there. We'd know if the air filters were replaced on schedule, and if furnaces were up to code. We'd know if current remodeling was approved by the city. It would help potential tenants, business and service providers!
